This is me after 2 lumbar fusions and weighing 170Lbs at 5'3". I was in the most pain and was at my poorest health. I was in my 40's and had elevated cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, and elevated liver enzymes. The Transformation was difficult but with self control and dedication I made the lifestyle changes and as I like to tell my clients I WON THE FIGHT. Through Nutrition and Exercise I added years to my life and now at 53 years old I'm in the best shape and Competing at a high level in the NPC Bodybuilding organization.
Personal Training
We are dedicated to helping transform our clients and meeting their goals. We are able to manage 1:1 training for our local clients in Lock Haven, PA and surrounding communities, and for the rest who cannot make it to our gym, then we offer online training option with a free app. We are focused on working with a variety of clients from male/female, fitness level athletes, Bodybuilders, elderly who need functional training, Injury rehabilitation, Obesity, competitive athletes from multiple sports at high school all the way up to pro level sports.
Injury Rehabilitation
I have rehabilitated my lower back after 2 fusions. we are equipped to assist our clients in rehabilitating injuries and strengthening clients in injury prevention. I have 10 years in Brain Injury Rehab at Rochester Regional Health system as a Physician Assistant, and I have had the opportunity of learning from the best Physical medicine doctors in the Country.
I am able to apply my knowledge from my PA career and exercise therapy to help improve pain from injury and help in injury prevention.
Nutrition & Meal Plans
We are dedicated to meal planning for our clients as we at Full Circle Personal Training believe that an important goal is to dial in on a clients nutrition. We prepare a meal plan based on a clients fitness goals and body type. Our plans are methodically designed and are simplified for each client. Our meal plans use whole foods and multiple meals to gain the most from nutrition, and provide a balanced outcome. We are able to either design a one time plan or develop a monthly continuum with accountability and check-ins, on weight and status. We use Nutrition to help us fuel the exercise through nutrient timing and hormone balancing
