Vision

Full Circle Personal Training vision is in utilizing exercise and nutrition to help patients/clients improve their health. We want to change people lives and outcomes. We believe in preventative options and feel that everyone has a true potential, but due to many factors, most miss the opportunity to capitalize on improved health. We are here to see many of our clients make life altering changes and improve lifestyles. 

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Full Circle Personal Training is about transforming clients to feel better and more energetic, while working on nutrition to help improve health and wellness, and create longevity in ones life. We are focused on more than the physical with looking to guide a clients mind through behavioral modification and improving self-esteem and self-control. These teachings are a benefit to seasoned athletes at all levels, and the average individual who want to lose weight.

           MUSCLE TONE

 

No matter your age young or old we have programs and techniques to help establish a reduction in bodyfat and improve the tone of muscle. Through exercise and resistance training and nutrition we are able to alter muscle tone and strengthen bone. 

NUTRITION / MEAL PLANS

We provide nutrition and meal plans, with education on why we are eating a certain way. We Calculate Macros based on a specific client goal and body type. We have developed a nutritional program that allows us to nutrient time meals and optimize a body and a workout. Nutrition is a key area that we stress to help complete a transformation.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

One of the key areas of longevity and functionality is building core strength. I myself suffered two lumbar fusions and was able to rehabilitate my back to stronger than before the surgeries. I have a program to help improve function and reduce pain in Lower back, and this program with functional exercise will work for any weak joint.
